Meet Dr. Khorrami

Dr. Sanaz Khorrami is a board certified Internal Medicine physician in Newport Beach. Her areas of interest are preventive medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and geriatric care.

Dr. Khorrami received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She did an internship in Internal Medicine at UC Irvine Medical Center. She completed her residency at Harbor UCLA/St. Mary’s in Long Beach, California. She has been practicing in the Newport Beach area since 2009. She is well known in the Hoag community and among subspecialists.

She received her undergraduate degree at UC San Diego, in Biology with a focus on Neuroscience. She then went on to receive a Master’s Degree at Georgetown University in Physiology and Biophysics.

I am pleased to introduce you to my practice and hope to create a partnership that will last for many years to come. As your primary physician I plan to be the gatekeeper of all your medical needs and work to not only treat you but to coordinate your overall care.

My approach is to provide comprehensive medical care, while treating every patient with dignity and respect. My most important goal is to take ample opportunity to know each patient as an individual and treat them as my own family.

Preventive care is a critical part of maintaining your health, and in my practice I take every step to prevent illness before it happens. This is the reason early cardiovascular disease prevention and cancer screening are my areas of focus. I look forward to the opportunity to participate in making a difference in your health and well-being.
